How do I know what size I am?

Our styles fit true to size, but are cut on the slimmer side. We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page, or if you have a specific fit question for a particular style, send us your measurements and tell us how you like your clothes to fit at


How long does it take my order to ship?

Orders are processed immediately and usually ship within 24 hours. Orders are shipped via UPS and usually take about 4 days to arrive after shipping, often sooner. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (typically 1-2 business days after the order was placed).  


Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Soon. Multiple faster shipping alternatives from our standard service including UPS Overnight,  2-Day Air Express and 3-Day Air Express will be introduced in early 2013.


I entered the wrong shipping address — what can I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we are more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. Just send a note to with your correct shipping address and we will update it for you.


How do I make a return or an exchange?

If for any reason you want to exchange an item or return it for a refund, we ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items and we will issue you a refund.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping. We are currently looking into supplying Canada in 2013. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Do you charge for "split" or "partial" shipping?
The shipping and handling charge is final. Although we have 10 active warehouses, almost all orders ship from one warehouse. If we need to ship from more than one warehouse, ZeeBee Threads absorbs the costs for the additional freight.

What if the merchandise I receive is defective?
All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact ZeeBee Threads within 72 hours of receiving your order.  In the case you receive defective merchandise, please contact our Orders Department.  Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.


How do I know when I place an order the credit card transaction is safe?

Your safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. Your credit card transactions with us are 100% safe as our secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase.   Your personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by ZeeBee Threads. Financial information that is collected is only used for the current order and then destroyed never stored on our computers.
